Development of a calculation method for the energy performance of residential and small non-residential building units

Summary

The Flemish Energy and Climate Agency is procuring the development of a new, integrated and simplified calculation method for assessing the energy performance of residential and small non-residential building units. From 2030, the method is intended to underpin a single Flemish policy instrument integrating and replacing the current residential energy performance frameworks for new construction, renovation and existing buildings. The procurement has one lot and a planned duration of 14 months.
