Maintenance of green areas around SPI buildings and sites

Summary

SPI is procuring a four-year framework agreement, with a maximum value of EUR 600,000, for maintaining the green areas and surroundings of buildings and sites owned by SPI or managed on behalf of SORASI and/or the Walloon Region. Routine work includes lawn mowing, hedge and shrub trimming, cleaning circulation areas and collecting leaves. As needed, the contract may also cover additional landscaping work such as tree pruning or felling, flower-bed works, lawn improvements and the installation of forest barriers; quantities may vary during the contract.
