Summary

AB SigtunaHem is procuring technical consultancy and design services under a framework agreement for projects across its property portfolio. Assignments may cover new construction, extensions, maintenance, refurbishment and smaller tenant adaptations, including studies, design documents, as-built documentation, technical advice and construction follow-up, as well as operational, energy and environmental investigations and coordination. The procurement is divided into one lot, has an estimated value of SEK 25 million and is planned for 2027–2030; the framework agreement may include up to two suppliers.
