Demolition of the existing school building and site clearance at Ardscoil Mhuire, Limerick

Summary

CEIST is procuring the demolition of the vacant, single-storey Ardscoil Mhuire school buildings at Corbally Park in Limerick and clearance of the site ahead of a new multi-storey school building. The works cover 3,257 m² of buildings and include removing permanent and ancillary structures, foundations, hardstanding, some trees, disused drainage and utility services, and underground attenuation tanks. The single-lot contract is estimated at EUR 1 million and is planned to take four months.
