Property damage remediation services

Summary

Umeå Municipality is procuring property damage remediation services for its operations and those of participating municipalities in Umeå, Bjurholm, Vännäs, Nordmaling, Robertsfors and Vindeln. The work covers damage caused by water, moisture, fire, PCB and asbestos, and may include emergency opening-up and demolition work. Graffiti removal and pest control are excluded. The procurement is for a framework agreement with one supplier, planned for 2027–2030, with an estimated value of SEK 20 million.
