Reconstruction of Ostrava Technical University's E and F Pavilions

Summary

Ostrava Technical University is procuring the comprehensive renovation of its E and F campus pavilions in Ostrava-Poruba, with an estimated contract value of CZK 291 million. The works include interior upgrades, replacement of floors, doors and finishes, and modernisation of building systems, including plumbing, electrical installations, ventilation, cooling and partial heating. The scope also includes compressed-air distribution, building controls, testing, inspections, as-built documentation and delivery in accordance with the buyer’s BIM requirements.
