Conversion of the former school building in Kopřivnice into apartments and a library

Summary

The City of Kopřivnice is procuring construction works to convert a former school building into apartments and a municipal library. The extension will be converted into an apartment building, including an additional storey, underground parking and related infrastructure; the original school building will be reconstructed as a library with spaces for visitors, staff and cultural, educational and leisure activities. The estimated value of the works is CZK 377,038,881.99 excluding VAT, with reserved changes valued at CZK 7,540,777.64 excluding VAT. The planned works are scheduled from January 2027 to December 2028.
