Provision of Various IT Services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of IT services to Oberösterreichische Gesundheitsholding GmbH and its subsidiaries in Austria under a framework agreement. The services are divided into 11 lots: SAP IS-H/i.s.h.med development and consulting; SAP basis administration; operation of Microsoft core services for client, server, Defender and M365 environments; operation of MIM and OCG Identity Manager; e-health, ELGA and health portal solutions; web applications and SharePoint; medical data exchange; the SAP BW core module; and SAP BW and SAP basis services for medical applications. The framework agreement has a total maximum value of EUR 28,000,000. The maximum values by lot are: 1) EUR 1,920,000; 2) EUR 1,185,000; 3) EUR 2,365,000; 4) EUR 4,380,000; 5) EUR 3,177,000; 6) EUR 921,000; 7) EUR 6,750,000; 8) EUR 4,800,000; 9) EUR 1,050,000; 10) EUR 1,280,000; and 11) EUR 456,000. Each lot has a four-year framework term starting on 1 January 2027, and up to one framework partner will be selected for each lot. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 4 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion, and offers must remain valid for five months. Electronic invoicing and electronic signatures are required during contract performance.
