Architectural design for the operating department at Uddevalla Hospital

Summary

The tender is for architectural consultancy services to plan a new operating department at Uddevalla Hospital. The work covers design for the hospital renovation and new construction during the programme and system-design stages, including supporting areas such as a central sterilisation unit, a pre-operative unit and a recovery unit. The preliminary estimate is approximately 2,900 m² for renovation and 8,300 m² for new construction. The contract may also include optional detailed design with construction documents, as well as support during construction and preparation of as-built documents.
