Smart Living and Services in the City of Liptovský Mikuláš

Summary

The City of Liptovský Mikuláš is procuring an integrated digital solution for smart-city services: a service integration platform together with related software, applications, integrations and hardware. The solution includes, among other components, modules for public transport and municipal service facilities, a resident mobile app and web services, a city portal with ten electronic forms, a tourism portal, a LoRaWAN network, people-counting sensors, an access turnstile and digital information boards. The contract covers supplying, implementing and integrating the solutions. The estimated contract value is EUR 503,114. A EUR 10,000 bid guarantee is required and may be provided as a cash deposit, bank guarantee or guarantee insurance. Bids are evaluated based on total price (60%) and delivery time (40%); the evaluated delivery period must be between 300 and 570 calendar days.
