Design for the Comprehensive Development of Northern Szeged

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive design for the development of 21 areas in northern Szeged. The successful bidder must prepare permitting and construction designs, coordinate them, obtain the necessary permits and utility-provider approvals, coordinate the different disciplines, and later provide design supervision for up to 18 engineer-days. The planned works include improvements to green spaces, playgrounds, dog exercise areas, community gardens, pedestrian and cycle routes, roads and parking areas, lighting, and stormwater management. The scope also includes checking geodetic data, planning trees and planting, ensuring accessibility, and coordinating utilities and design disciplines. The integrated design is procured as a single lot; partial bids are not permitted. Bidders must provide a design team with the required experience and professional qualifications, hold the relevant professional-chamber registration, and obtain the required liability insurance by contract signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Hungarian. Evaluation is based on the net design fee (50%) and the additional experience of the four required specialists (50% in total).
