Framework agreement for temporary staffing services and later permanent hiring

Summary

AffaldPlus is seeking temporary staffing services to meet its ongoing needs, including an option to permanently hire a worker who has been supplied temporarily (Try & Hire). A framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier. Its estimated total value is DKK 8,000,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of DKK 10,500,000. The estimated volume is not guaranteed. The agreement is planned to start on 1 January 2027 and run for four years, with two possible 12-month extensions. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 6 November 2026. Evaluation gives 60% to quality (assurance of qualified temporary workers and suitable matching: 30%; delivery reliability and contract management: 15%; social responsibility: 15%) and 40% to price.
