Supply, maintenance, recalibration and training for roller test benches used to check the speed and power of two-wheeled vehicles

Summary

The procurement is a 10-year framework agreement for the supply, maintenance and periodic recalibration of roller test benches, together with training in their use. The benches are used to check the speed and power of two-wheeled vehicles. The framework has a maximum value of EUR 5,900,000 excluding VAT and will have one contractor. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 3 November 2026. A performance guarantee of 3% of the estimated contract value excluding VAT is required, rounded up to the next ten. Evaluation weights are: price 40%, technical quality 15%, ergonomics and ease of use 15%, service 15%, and training plan 15%.
