Purchase and delivery of a mobile stage for an Interreg project

Summary

The procurement is for the purchase and delivery of a mobile stage for the Municipality of Vidin’s Interreg project. The scope includes transporting and delivering the stage, loading and unloading, and assembling and positioning it where applicable. Technical details are set out in the technical specification in the tender documents. The estimated value is EUR 83,333.33. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026. Bids will be evaluated on delivery and installation time (30%), warranty period (30%) and price (40%). To qualify, tenderers must demonstrate turnover of at least EUR 166,600 over the last three completed financial years, at least one comparable stage delivery and installation completed in the last three years, and EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification or an equivalent. The successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value when signing the contract and, if an advance payment is requested, a guarantee covering the advance.
