Booking air, rail and bus travel abroad

Summary

The procurement covers booking and purchasing air tickets and, where needed, rail and bus tickets for the contracting authority’s employees’ business trips abroad, together with related services. A framework agreement with one service provider will run for up to four years and has a maximum value of CZK 16,000,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 6 November 2026. Evaluation takes account of the annual fees for booking and issuing air tickets and rail and bus tickets, adjusted according to the method set out in the tender documents.
