Supply of remotely controlled disconnectors and reclosers

Summary

The procurement covers medium-voltage electrical network equipment in three lots: conventional remotely controlled disconnectors, reclosers, and I.U.Z.I.C. remotely controlled disconnectors. It is a dynamic purchasing system planned for 48 months, under which subsequent supply contracts will be awarded as needed. The estimated quantity for a single subsequent contract is 10 to 150 units in Lot 1, 10 to 50 units in Lot 2, and 5 to 15 units in Lot 3. A supplier may participate in up to three lots. Tenderers must submit their offers with the required preliminary declarations and evidence. Qualification requires proof of legal registration, relevant delivery experience, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates or equivalent systems. The minimum similar-delivery experience is 150, 50 and 15 units respectively for the three lots, delivered within the last three years. Offers are evaluated on price (90%), warranty (5%) and delivery time (5%), with an electronic auction. The warranty must be at least 36 months; a 60-month warranty receives the maximum warranty score. Delivery must not exceed 60 days; a 30-day delivery period receives the maximum delivery score. The performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT.
