Motor vehicle insurance services (third-party liability and comprehensive insurance)

Summary

The tender covers insurance for the Bucharest-Ilfov Ambulance Service vehicle fleet in two lots: comprehensive motor insurance (CASCO) and motor third-party liability insurance (RCA). A 12-month framework agreement will be established. Each lot provides for 1–12 months of cover, with individual contracts under the framework covering 1–6 months. The maximum total framework value is RON 6,740,163.49: RON 5,600,780 for CASCO and RON 1,139,383.49 for RCA. Bidders must be registered and authorised to provide insurance services and demonstrate relevant experience from the previous three years. The required procurement declaration and a financial offer for the relevant lot must be submitted. For CASCO, price carries 95 points and the time to inspect a claim carries 5 points; for RCA, price is the only award criterion. Bidders may tender for both lots.
