Contracted transport of consignments on the Ljubljana–Milan and Ljubljana–Landshut–Regensburg routes

Summary

The procurement concerns contracted transport of consignments in two lots: PLC Ljubljana–Milan–PLC Ljubljana and PLC Ljubljana–Landshut–Regensburg. Services under both lots are scheduled from 4 January 2027 to 31 May 2028, and a framework agreement will be concluded. Tenderers may submit an offer for, and be awarded, both lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 3 November 2026 and remain valid for four months. No tender guarantee is required, and variant offers are not permitted.
