Window cleaning services (retender)

Summary

Odense Municipality is procuring window-cleaning services for its buildings in six lots: administrative buildings; nurseries, crèches and playrooms in the east; care homes and supported-living facilities; schools; nurseries, crèches and playrooms in the west; and other buildings, including swimming pools, libraries and leisure facilities. The estimated total value is DKK 8,699,700. Contracts are due to start on 1 January 2027 and run for 4 years, with two possible extensions of up to 12 months each. Bidders may submit offers for up to six lots, but no bidder may be awarded more than three. Price carries 70% of the evaluation and quality 30%. Quality assessment covers staff competence and understanding of the work, quality control, clear presentation of data, and the ability to maintain service and the cleaning schedule during staff absences. Bids must be submitted electronically, and the supplier must comply with Odense Municipality’s social responsibility and labour clauses during contract performance.
