Research equipment for electric mobility – Part II
Summary
The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca is procuring, in six lots, research and testing equipment for the Ro-Green Sustainable Electric Mobility Solutions project. The equipment will support research into electric mobility, aircraft electric subsystems and renewable-energy applications. The lots cover electromagnetic simulation software, an infrared soldering station, an aircraft thrust-force measurement system, a solar-light simulator, an electrical and spectrum analysis system, and an integrated DC/AC energy testing and analysis system. The estimated total value is RON 3,291,578.97. Bidders must submit the European Single Procurement Document, a technical proposal with manufacturer documents or technical data sheets proving product compliance, and the required declarations. Bidders must be properly registered and professionally capable of carrying out the relevant activities; no numerical minimum turnover, previous-experience or staffing thresholds are stated. Price is the sole award criterion for Lot 1; the other lots are assessed on price together with technical performance and warranty. The submission deadline is 9 November 2026 at 15:00. The contract may be signed only after the required budget commitment credits are approved; the contracting authority estimates this will take no more than three months after announcing the result. Electronic invoices are payable within 60 days.
