Operation and maintenance of gates and other machinery covered by the Machinery Directive

Summary

The procurement covers operation, inspection, preventive, corrective and planned maintenance of motorised gates, barriers and other machinery covered by the Machinery Directive at properties and facilities owned by the City of Stockholm. It is divided into two lots: gates and other covered equipment, including lifting equipment, work platforms and movable partition walls. The contract will run for six years, planned from 9 January 2027 to 10 January 2033, with an estimated total value of SEK 21 million. Prices are fixed in advance by the contracting authority, and bids will be evaluated on quality alone. A bidder may submit a bid for, and be awarded, no more than one lot. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 5 November 2026, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
