Comprehensive consultancy for establishing the 60 kV submarine cable to Samsø

Summary

The contract is for one consultant to provide comprehensive technical consultancy for establishing a 60 kV submarine cable connection to the island of Samsø. The work includes preliminary investigations, design, permitting and regulatory processes, preparing the procurement of submarine cables and installation, and project management, supervision and construction management through to documentation and handover. The expected delivery period is 2027–2029, with the contract expected to take effect in February 2027. Applications must be submitted through the electronic procurement system. Up to three eligible consultants will be shortlisted to submit tenders. Applicants must demonstrate a solvency ratio of at least 20% and positive equity in each of their two most recently completed and available financial years, and submit up to three relevant references from the past five years. Tenders must be in Danish; alternatives are not permitted, and each shortlisted tenderer may submit only one tender. Tenders must remain valid for four months. The award criteria are price (30%), project organisation including key personnel (40%), and the method statement (30%). Prices must be in Danish kroner, excluding VAT but including all other charges and costs; hourly rates across staff categories may not vary by more than 300%.
