Pipe CCTV inspection and maintenance services for Vandmiljø Randers

Summary

The contract covers CCTV inspections of pipework for Vandmiljø Randers A/S, as well as jetting, manhole and structure inspections, and other operational and maintenance work at locations in Randers Municipality. This includes root cutting, cutting or milling, and locating hidden manholes. The work concerns main and service pipes. An eight-year framework agreement will be awarded to between one and five service providers ranked in a cascade. Specific tasks will be assigned directly according to that ranking. Expected expenditure is DKK 3,000,000 per year and DKK 24,000,000 over the full term, excluding VAT; the framework ceiling is DKK 36,000,000. Price accounts for 30% of the evaluation and the quality of task delivery and project organisation for 70%. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 5 November 2026. Bidders must meet the minimum financial and past-performance reference requirements.
