Electronic meal cards 2026–2030

Summary

The tender covers the supply of electronic meal cards and a service enabling employees to pay for meals with them. The provider will manage the cards and credit or load meal and refreshment allowances onto them as required by the contracting authority. The cards must be accepted by the provider’s contractual partners, including catering establishments, restaurants, fast-food outlets, food retail chains and grocery shops. The framework agreement will run for 48 months, with an estimated quantity of approximately 1,000 cards. The estimated contract value stated in the notice is EUR 5,599,080. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 19 October 2026. A tender guarantee of EUR 275,000 is required. The award evaluation allocates up to 90 points to the proposed commission or discount coefficient and up to 10 points to the number of partner outlets in the Košice region; an electronic auction will also be used.
