Forest management plan preparation services for Ludus Forest District
Summary
The contract is for preparing a forest management plan in 2027 for 4,823.11 hectares of state-owned forest in Ludus Forest District, administered by the Mures Forestry Directorate. The work includes preparatory tasks, field data collection, data processing and plan drafting, development of a GIS database and forest management maps, preparation of required environmental documentation, and obtaining environmental approval. The contractor must present the documentation to the forestry technical approval commission and obtain the order approving the plan. The contract lasts 24 months and has an estimated value of RON 776,032. The bidder must demonstrate lawful registration, relevant experience from the previous three years through no more than five contracts covering at least the area offered, and a valid accreditation to prepare forest management plans with sufficient certified capacity still available for 2027. The DUAE and required bid forms must be submitted; supporting documents may be requested from the highest-ranked bidder. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and technical quality for 60%; the evaluation considers the project manager’s experience, the proposed methodology, and the experience of the environmental and GIS experts. The bid submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 15:00.
