Servicing and maintenance of physical and electronic security systems

Summary

Energinet is seeking a four-year framework agreement for inspection, servicing and replacement of physical and electronic security systems. The work covers mechanical and perimeter security, access control, intruder alarm systems and video surveillance. The agreement may be extended four times by 12 months; its estimated value is DKK 300 million and its maximum value is DKK 390 million. It will be awarded to one supplier through a negotiated procedure. Applicants must submit a completed ESPD through Comdia. They must hold F&P certification for AIA, ADK and TVO systems, have a solvency ratio of at least 20% in their latest annual accounts, and provide up to three comparable references from the preceding three years. Bidders must describe their organisation and submit staff CVs demonstrating the required Milestone and NOX training and certifications, as well as responses to two practical scenarios. Employees who need access to system-critical components or rooms must obtain PET security clearance at the “Confidential” level before work begins. Tenders will be assessed on price, team and organisation, solution description and contract terms.
