Rental and servicing of coffee machines and supply of coffee

Summary

The tender covers the rental of up to 41 coffee machines, their installation and commissioning, and regular servicing and repairs. The supplier must also provide cleaning products and other consumables needed to operate the machines, as well as coffee deliveries in line with the contracting authority’s ongoing needs. The contract is planned to run for 48 months from 15 January 2027 and is a framework agreement with one supplier; its maximum value is CZK 5,000,000. Prices may be adjusted during the contract under the inflation clause set out in the contract. Price is the only award criterion, with the lowest total-price bid preferred. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 2 November 2026.
