Maintenance of traction power supply and train preheating stations

Summary

Banedanmark is procuring maintenance services for the traction power supply systems and train preheating stations on the F railway line. The work includes preventive maintenance (standards-based, scheduled and condition-based) and fault repair, including deferred and urgent repairs. The procurement is divided into two geographic lots: West covers Jutland and Funen, while East covers Zealand; maintenance of train preheating stations is excluded from the West lot. Applicants may apply for both lots, but may be awarded no more than one. The contracts are framework agreements with a standard term of six years and two possible one-year extensions. Applications must be submitted electronically with a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. Up to five applicants will be selected for the next stage. Price is the only award criterion. The estimated total value is DKK 181,722,687 and the maximum total value of the framework agreements is DKK 290,756,300. Contract performance requirements include apprenticeship provisions, employment conditions and a railway safety management system.
