Maintenance and repair of playgrounds, sports and fitness areas, and park equipment in Ruse

Summary

The tender covers the maintenance, repair and, where necessary, replacement of children’s playgrounds, sports and fitness areas, dog exercise areas, park equipment and urban design features in Ruse. Work includes repairing equipment, fences, surfacing and structures; painting and renewing finishes; and supplying materials and replacement parts. The contract runs for 4 years. If no contract with a new provider has been concluded through a new procurement by the end of that term, the contracting authority may extend the contract until the new contract is concluded, but for no more than 1 year. The estimated contract value is EUR 429,165. Evaluation compares the totals of weighted unit prices, and no quoted unit price may exceed the applicable ceiling in the tender documents. Work will be ordered as needed and within the available budget; payment is due within 30 days after the invoice and acceptance of the work. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract’s maximum estimated value. The bidder must have total turnover of at least EUR 204,509.60 over the last three completed financial years, the required vehicles and an average annual workforce of at least 10 employees over the last three years. The bidder must also have completed at least one relevant assignment during the last three years involving the repair or refurbishment of at least 50 playgrounds, sports areas or fitness areas.
