Use and maintenance of CIED software

Summary

The procurement concerns the use and maintenance of CIED software to consolidate data from cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators and implantable cardiac monitors made by different manufacturers into a unified, patient-centred view. The solution must support data collection across inpatient, outpatient and remote-care settings and convert manufacturers’ data into a common format for use in the hospital information system and web platforms. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 1,120,000, a planned duration of 84 months and three possible extensions; it will be concluded with one supplier. Bids will be evaluated on technical quality and ease of use (50%), total cost of ownership (30%), implementation plan (15%) and after-sales service (5%). Candidates must meet the financial standing, reference and CE-marking requirements and provide the required declaration concerning exclusion grounds.
