Maintenance services for furniture and facilities in Brussels parks

Summary

This procurement covers nine service lots for parks managed by Bruxelles Environnement: general maintenance of unconnected park furniture; carpentry; cleaning and hygiene services at Halle Gate; replenishment and regeneration of natural soils; removal and installation of urban furniture; sandblasting, metalising and painting cast-iron waste bins and bench legs; signage; maintenance of zip lines and ropes; and maintenance of sports fields with metal enclosures made of tensioned cables. The contract period is 48 months, and each lot may be renewed three times. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 14:00. A tenderer may bid for and be awarded up to all nine lots. Price is the sole award criterion, scored using a ratio based on the lowest bid price and the price of the bid being assessed. Variants are not permitted, no bid guarantee is required, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance. Precise qualification and exclusion requirements must be checked in the tender documents. A site visit is not mandatory.
