Framework agreement for purchasing, renting and maintaining robotic mowers for sports fields in Dendermonde, 2027–2034

Summary

The City of Dendermonde is establishing a 2027–2034 framework agreement for the purchase, rental and maintenance of professional robotic mowers for sports fields. The contract covers delivery, installation and commissioning of the robots. The bidder must also offer training for each club, a maintenance contract for every robot, an overview of annual GPS, software, app and fleet-management subscription charges, and the price of an annual supply of blades for each robot. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 4.4 million. Under the notice amendment, each field must be mown at least three times per week, within a maximum of 12 hours per day for mowing and charging combined. The corrected field areas and location details must be used when planning robot capacity, equipment selection, schedules and sizing. Tenders are evaluated on price (60 points), technical value (30 points) and warranty (10 points); the warranty must be at least 18 months. Bidders must demonstrate experience with comparable maintenance contracts and the ability to manage several contracts simultaneously, and provide the required exclusion-related documents.
