Major repairs to the Port Tomis southeastern breakwater and platform and technical design update

The procurement covers updating the technical design and carrying out major repairs to the southeastern breakwater at Port Tomis and its associated platform, including site organisation. The design work includes the required technical assessments and surveys, preparation of approval and building-permit documentation, the technical design and execution drawings, bills of quantities, and technical assistance.
