Short-sleeved police uniform shirts

Summary

The Police Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania is procuring black short-sleeved police uniform shirts. The procurement is divided into two lots, each with an estimated quantity of 20,000 shirts; the buyer will order according to need and available funding and does not undertake to purchase the full quantity. Bidders must deliver compliant samples of both men’s and women’s shirts by the submission deadline, together with the required laboratory test documentation and a sample of the main fabric measuring at least 1 × 1 m. For both lots, price accounts for 95% of the evaluation and the fabric’s dimensional change after washing accounts for 5%; the best value is 0% and the maximum permitted value is 5%. For each lot, bidders must demonstrate that they independently delivered knitted garments worth at least EUR 180,000 during the preceding three years. A EUR 12,000 bid-validity assurance applies to each lot, and bids must remain valid for at least 90 days. The successful supplier must deliver within five months of the first order and within four months of subsequent orders.
