Supply of blood components

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of blood components to VšĮ Regional Telšiai Hospital. It is divided into three lots, and suppliers may bid for one, several or all lots; a bid must cover the full scope of each lot selected. Lot 1: leukocyte-reduced red blood cells in additive solution, 2,700 units of 250 ml ± 50 ml each; routine orders must be fulfilled within 24 hours and urgent orders within 6 hours. The lot budget, including VAT, is EUR 244,500. Lot 2: fresh frozen plasma, 210 units of 220 ml ± 50 ml each; routine orders must be fulfilled within 24 hours and urgent orders within 4 hours. The lot budget, including VAT, is EUR 2,000. Lot 3: pooled platelets obtained from stored blood, without leukocytes, 30 units containing at least 2 × 10¹¹ platelets per unit; routine orders must be fulfilled within 36 hours and urgent orders within 6 hours if blood components are in stock. The lot budget, including VAT, is EUR 3,500. The offered price must not exceed the budget for the relevant lot, and price is the only award criterion. One supplier may be selected for each lot, and the same supplier may win multiple lots. The supplier must hold the healthcare licence required for blood donation services. The tender must include the completed original offer-form and technical-specification spreadsheet, the European Single Procurement Document, and the required declarations, including a declaration on compliance with Russia-related restrictive measures. The tender must be submitted in Lithuanian and priced in euros; the total price including VAT must be stated to two decimal places. The offer must remain valid for at least three months from the submission deadline. No tender guarantee is required. Green procurement requirements apply, and the submission deadline is stated in the contract notice.
