ALFAGEN – Dismantling and disposal of machinery

Summary

The contract covers dismantling and disposal of old machinery at the AL INVEST Břidličná facility. The work includes removing the machinery and associated components, such as hydraulic units, switchboards, pipework and electrical connections, drip trays, oil tanks and platforms; disconnecting process equipment from utility networks; transporting equipment and waste away; and handling the waste. The contractor must provide the necessary equipment and machinery, ensure fire and occupational safety, and properly seal openings through the roof and exterior walls. Components embedded in concrete must be cut close to the concrete; any demolition of the surrounding structures is at the contractor’s expense. The removed machinery or its parts may be sold. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Josephine system by 2 November 2026 at 10:00. The planned work period is 20 November 2026 to 15 February 2027. The evaluation assigns 80% to the bid price and 20% to shortening the handover deadline; the deadline may be shortened by up to 30 calendar days from 15 February 2027.
