Land consolidation works in Tlučná

Summary

The JPÚ in Tlučná contract concerns the preparation of a design for simple land adjustments (JPÚ) in the cadastral area of Tlučná, including necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class established for cadastre restoration. The JPÚ draft will be prepared so that it can be registered in the cadastre, and will serve as the basis for the Land Office's decisions on approving the land adjustments and on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The JPÚ will be prepared according to the more detailed layout required by Decree No. 13/2014 Sb and will address water management considerations. The project is commissioned by the municipality of Tlučná as Biotop Tlučná and covers only the Pod Němčím dolom area, approximately 4 ha.
