Timrå Municipality is procuring system support for elderly care. The solution should help analyse service users’ needs and translate them into required service capacity, plan appropriate capacity by unit and time period, and connect needs with budgets, staffing targets and actual staffing. It should also make it easier to compare planned and actual outcomes, support continuous service improvement, and provide a secure solution that can integrate with existing operational, personnel and payroll systems. If a ready-made system does not provide all requested functions, the successful supplier may develop them together with the municipality. Evaluation will place significant weight on how many of the identified need areas the bid covers and on the bidder’s plan for developing any missing areas. The estimated contract value is SEK 4,000,000. Bids must be submitted electronically in Swedish and remain valid for two months; electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
