Supply of green electricity and natural gas, and purchase of electricity injected into the grid

Summary

The procurement concerns a joint framework agreement of up to 48 months for energy supply to participating public authorities’ connection points: Lot 1 covers the supply of 100% Belgian green electricity and the purchase of electricity injected into the grid; Lot 2 covers natural gas. Electricity supply is to run from no earlier than 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2030. Gas supply is to run from no earlier than 1 January 2027 at 06:00 through no later than 1 January 2031 at 06:00. The framework agreement has no automatic renewal. Bidders may submit offers for both lots and may be awarded both. No tender guarantee is required, and variant offers are not permitted. Price is the sole award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 09:00. Electronic invoicing is required.
