Applicants must also provide appropriately qualified and experienced site managers and specialists in BIM, building services, site safety, medical technologies and clean rooms, together with evidence of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems. Normally, three qualified applicants will be invited to submit initial tenders. They are ranked using six reference-based criteria, worth up to 100 points in total. Price is the only award criterion for the tenders. A EUR 500,000 tender guarantee is required through submission of the final tender. For certain foreign financial contributions, applicants must submit the notification or declaration required under the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
