Maintenance of Existing Application Modules, Application Development and Development Consultancy

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of existing application modules, as well as application development and consultancy on application development. The services will be provided over a three-year period. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for 150 days. No bid guarantee is required, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance. The evaluation takes account of the total bid price, the number of additional qualified Oracle or Java specialists, and the nominated specialists’ integration experience; the detailed evaluation method is set out in the tender documents.
