Construction of military loading facilities at railway stations

Summary

The procurement covers construction of military loading facilities at two railway stations in Hungary: Szabadszállás and Kiskunlacháza. The works include railway track construction and alterations, installation of turnouts and loading platforms, lighting works, and preparation of the required work-planning and as-built documentation. - Lot 1, Szabadszállás: 886 metres of track, one turnout, one loading platform serving two tracks, and 16 lighting poles. The works are scheduled to take 12 months from handover of the site, excluding up to 30 days for acceptance. - Lot 2, Kiskunlacháza: 787 metres of track, one turnout, and two loading platforms, each serving one track. The works are scheduled to take 8 months from handover of the site, excluding up to 30 days for acceptance. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 6 November 2026. Bidders may tender for and win both lots. Evaluation gives a weight of 70 to price, 20 to the additional railway-environment experience of one professional, and 10 to the additional experience of the electrical specialist. The maximum admissible net offer is HUF 1,269,392,162 for Lot 1 and HUF 947,975,316 for Lot 2. Bidders must submit the required qualification and tender documents and provide at least one suitably qualified railway construction technical manager and one technical manager for building electrical installations. Contract award requires the specified registrations, construction all-risks insurance with a liability limit of at least HUF 500,000,000 per event, a project cost-allocation policy, and acceptance that the profit margin on each cost item will not exceed 10%. No tender guarantee is required; the performance and warranty guarantees are each 5% of the contract amount excluding VAT.
