Installation of Passive MSPSR system

Summary

The tender concerns the installation of a Passive MSPSR system at four receiving stations to cover the primary airspace of Budapest TMA and the Budapest FIR. The system must operate passively without its own signal source, using analog FM and DVB-T2 signals, and enable aircraft detection. The receiving stations must be able to operate in two frequency bands: analog FM (87.5–108.0 MHz) and DVB-T2 (470–694 MHz). The goal is to provide an accurate airspace picture, not data fusion. The bidder must submit a detailed proposal for the first year at a fixed price and for the second year up to 120 hours of optional support services; an optional framework allows ordering up to 120 hours.
