Wastewater treatment plant, sewer network and access road construction in Dabas

Summary

Dabas is procuring three lots: construction of a wastewater treatment plant and related facilities, expansion of the town’s sewer network, and construction or reconstruction of an access road to the new plant. Lot 1 includes a new treatment plant with a capacity of 3,100 m³ per day, construction and renewal of poplar wastewater-irrigation areas and connecting sewers; the corrected notice specifies planting 25,000 trees. The works also include at least six months of trial operation of the plant. Lot 2 covers sewer networks and pumping stations in various parts of the town, and Lot 3 covers a 2,754 m access road. Bids must be submitted electronically by 20 October 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must meet the turnover, reference and specialist requirements for the relevant lot and provide a tender guarantee of HUF 10,000,000 for Lot 1 and HUF 1,000,000 for each of Lots 2 and 3. Evaluation takes account of price and specialists’ additional experience; Lot 3 also considers additional warranty duration. The planned contract duration is 940 days. A notice amendment extended the submission deadline and corrected the number of trees to be planted in Lot 1.
