Household, Maintenance and Repair Supplies

Summary

The tender covers the supply of household, repair and maintenance goods to the Klaipėda District Municipality administration and its local offices. The goods include, among other things, plumbing and drainage supplies, construction and finishing materials, paints and other repair products, tools and fasteners, metal and prefabricated products, electrical goods and lighting, workwear and protective equipment, household goods, and garden and wood products. The procurement is divided into two lots serving different local offices; a separate contract will be signed for each lot. The supplier must make goods available for purchase at a physical store and maintain an online shop throughout the contract. Purchases will be made as needed during the contract, with a 35-month supply period and a maximum contract term of 36 months or until the contract ceiling is reached. The stated minimum purchase value is EUR 100,000 and the maximum is EUR 200,000 excluding VAT. Price is the only award criterion, and the lowest-priced bid wins. The bidder offers one fixed discount or markup for each product group; the comparison price is calculated using the sample basket and average retail prices from the calendar month preceding submission. Actual payments are based on the lowest publicly available retail price on the order date, adjusted by the offered discount or markup. The bidder must provide manufacturer documents or other accepted evidence demonstrating that the products meet the technical specifications and must comply with applicable green procurement minimum requirements. Deliveries to the requested address must be made on working days outside peak hours: 9:30–12:00 or 12:45–16:00. The bid must include, among other items, a completed ESPD, price calculations, the technical requirements schedule and required product-compliance evidence. Experience is also assessed: the bidder must demonstrate relevant supplies worth at least EUR 60,000 during the previous three years. No tender guarantee is required.
