Delivery of hot meals via cold chain for daycare centers

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of hot meals to daycare centers via a cold chain. Deliveries will be to two locations: Kinderdagverblijf Jette, Laerbeeklaan 119 bus 2, 1090 Jette, and Kinderdagverblijf Elsene, Generaal Jacqueslaan 141, 1050 Elsene. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum average annual turnover of EUR 400,000 over the last three financial years; provide at least three references from daycare centers with contact details; provide a bank statement; hold a valid license to manufacture and market food products; provide HACCP certificates; and comply with all service and logistical requirements. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 1 October and 8 October at 14:00 at the VUB daycare in Jette (Laerbeeklaan 117 bus 2). Registration is via romy.willockx@vub.be and kinderdagverblijven@vub.be.
