Preparation of a feasibility study for quaternary wastewater treatment (micropollutants) in Lithuania

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of a national-level feasibility study aimed at assessing the prospects and costs of implementing quaternary (micropollutant) wastewater treatment in Lithuania. It includes regulatory and legal analyses, evaluation of technical options (GA A, ozone, MAA, PAC, and other technologies), development of an EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) model, financial and socio-economic analyses, and the preparation of a Roadmap to 2045 with investment priorities. The study will differentiate between large plants (>150,000 GE) and medium plants (10,000–150,000 GE), and will deliver a final report, open-format Excel models, executive summary, and a detailed implementation plan.
