Design and construction of the multimodal electric bus centre in Chitila

Summary

The procurement covers the design of a multimodal bus centre in Chitila for housing, maintaining and operating at least 21 electric public buses, the designer’s technical assistance during construction, and the construction works. The centre is to include, among other facilities, a dispatch building, parking and technical areas, a wash facility and inspection ramps. A longer warranty can earn points up to 60 months. The bid must describe the proposed methods and quality measures specifically for this project. Bidders must demonstrate the required registrations and authorisations, an average turnover of at least RON 50 million over the last three financial years, the specified previous construction and design experience, and provide the required beneficial-owner information. The bid and European Single Procurement Document must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 15:00.
