Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for SAP software licenses, SAP cloud products (SaaS and subscriptions) and related SAP services including maintenance and support. The framework comprises five lots: Lot 1 SAP Licenses, Lot 2 SAP Cloud Products, Lot 3 Product Support for Large Enterprise (PSLE), Lot 4 SAP Max Attention, and Lot 5 SAP Services. The framework is concluded for five years from signature. The maximum framework amounts per lot are: Lot 1 up to EUR 525,000,000; Lot 2 up to EUR 150,000,000; Lot 3 up to EUR 225,000,000; Lot 4 up to EUR 50,000,000; Lot 5 up to EUR 50,000,000.
