MIA building full technical operation and maintenance

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of full technical operation and maintenance services for the MIA building complex (wings A, B and C) to ensure high-level, energy-efficient performance. The contract includes architecture and building services management, electrical and sprinkler systems, fire protection, elevators, kitchen technology, security, interior design and furniture, landscaping, and planned preventive maintenance as well as ad hoc tasks. The winner will manage daily operations using a facilities management (FM) software. The total floor area is A 2124.54 m2, B 4287.21 m2, and C 752.48 m2. The contract duration is 36 months.
